Calgary, Alberta CANADA, May 11, 2012 /FSC/ - Anthony Clark International Insurance Brokers Ltd. (ACL - TSX Venture, ACKBF - OTCBB), announces the sale by its United States subsidiary Addison Bay Insurance Brokers Ltd., of the fixed assets and customers accounts of the Northern California Agency in order to focus its resources in the Company's other existing operations. The Northern California Agency represented approximately 8% of the consolidated revenues.
