Today in the market, Thursday July 24, 2008:  Stocks fell in a general decline that saw the major averages down 2 to 2.5%.  Decliners swamped the advancing issues.  Financials got clobbered today and the market players were generally negative in their sentiment.  We shall see if this sentiment continues through the immediate future.

RSI’s Themes:  Not unexpected, RSI had no ETF/CEF picks and only one stock in the hi tech pharma sector.  Falling knives were all Japan-centric.  An interesting development, whatever it means.  Maybe a turnaround for Japan?  Time will tell.
