SCLN is just as boring and frustrating as CHINA was, but unlike china, this one is holding above technical support at $4.50 (CHINA never really broke through support at $2.70 in any convincing fashion)…this makes SCLN a potential buy, but volume needs to get up to try to break the previous high of $4.84, or else there’s risk of a double top here in the mid $4s.[More...]
